Tim Kinney - Vice President

Tim KinneyTim Kinney is the President and CEO of Kinney Construction Services Inc., KCS, which celebrated its 10-year anniversary on April 8th, 2009. KCS serves the commercial industry, including the institutional, health care, entertainment, retail, industrial, hospitality, merchandising, financial and real estate development sectors.

Over the years, Tim has maintained a high level of involvement with Flagstaff and the greater northern Arizona communities through active board and committee member participation. His interest in and commitment to sustainable building is ever-growing and integrated into both his business and personal life. He became one of the first LEED Accredited Professionals in the northern Arizona region when he achieved his LEED AP status in 2003. Tim serves as the Board Chair of the Northern Arizona Branch of the US Green Building Council and also serves on the Board for the Arizona State Chapter.

Tim's company, KCS, has completed four LEED projects with an additional two currently underway. In 2009, Flagstaff’s Museum of Northern Arizona Easton Collection Center took the top national award in the Green Building category from McGraw-Hill Construction in New York, designating it the nation's Greenest Building of the year.
