Resources and Opportunities : City of Flagstaff - Community Investment Division

The Community Investment Division prepares, plans and implements programs and projects for the City's future growth and development in a manner that preserves our region's livability, sense of community and the natural environment. The Division works to ensure that Flagstaff has a compact land use pattern that provides for Open Space, Housing and Neighborhoods, Commercial Development, Industry and Employment, Infill and Reinvestment and the Cost of Development. The Community Investment Division is located at 211 W. Aspen Ave., Flagstaff, AZ 86001.
